Privacy Policy

This notice explains AquaCraft’s current browser-only data practices and the controls that will apply when live commerce services are enabled.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Preview status: The current storefront has no production checkout, contact, newsletter, analytics, or advertising data pipeline. This policy must be reviewed when those services are connected.

Scope and current storefront status

This policy describes how AquaCraft, a brand operated by CARVON TRADE LLC, handles personal information in connection with this website, customer support, and future live commerce services. It does not cover third-party websites or services that publish their own privacy notices.

The current site is a static storefront preview. Checkout, contact, and newsletter forms do not currently submit information to a production AquaCraft backend. Non-essential analytics and advertising trackers are not currently installed. We will update this policy before those services begin collecting data.

Information we collect

Depending on the services you use after live commerce launches, personal information may include:

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, email, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
  • Order and commercial information: products viewed or purchased, order value, returns, support history, and preferences.
  • Payment information: payment method and transaction status handled by a payment provider; AquaCraft should not receive full card credentials.
  • Account information: sign-in details, saved preferences, and account activity when production accounts are enabled.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser, device, referring page, timestamps, and security logs when generated by hosting or service providers.
  • Communications: the content of messages and attachments you choose to send to support.

Sources of information

We may receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from transactions with us, and from service providers supporting payments, hosting, fraud prevention, delivery, email, or customer service. The exact provider list will be documented before those production services are enabled.

How we use information

  • provide the storefront, fulfill orders, process returns, and deliver customer support;
  • authenticate accounts and preserve requested cart or wishlist features;
  • communicate transactional updates and, with any required consent, marketing messages;
  • secure the site, prevent fraud and abuse, debug errors, and maintain business records;
  • understand and improve our products and services; and
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers and contractors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, shipping, email delivery, and customer support. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are subject to contractual or legal duties.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or rights, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

AquaCraft does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this notice and provide applicable opt-out controls first.

Browser storage and tracking

The preview stores cart contents, local demo account state, and wishlist choices in your browser using local storage. It does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. See Browser Storage & Cookies for the current keys, purposes, and clearing instructions.

Data retention

Browser-stored preview data remains on your device until you clear site data or the application removes it. When production services launch, AquaCraft will retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including order fulfillment, warranties, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and enforcement. Retention periods will reflect the type and sensitivity of the data and legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send full payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through a general contact message.

Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your state, applicable law, and our processing, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, sharing, or qualifying profiling, and to appeal a denied request.

Use our Contact page to make a request or appeal. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits, subject to proof of authorization and identity verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Universal opt-out signals

The current site does not engage in targeted advertising or the sale or qualifying sharing of personal information. If we introduce processing subject to an opt-out right, we will recognize legally required universal opt-out mechanisms, such as Global Privacy Control, and provide any additional required choice method.

Children’s privacy

AquaCraft is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, use our Contact page so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and AquaCraft is not responsible for their independent processing. Review those notices before providing information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the storefront, providers, laws, or practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law.
