Our commitment
AquaCraft is committed to making its shopping and learning experience usable by people with diverse abilities, technologies, and ways of interacting. Accessibility is an ongoing practice that informs design, content, development, and testing.
Accessibility target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target. This is a statement of intent and ongoing work, not a claim that every page, state, or third-party integration already conforms completely.
Measures we take
- use semantic page structure, meaningful headings, labels, and link text;
- support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- maintain readable type, responsive layouts, and sufficient color contrast;
- provide text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for controls;
- avoid relying on color alone to communicate important information; and
- include accessibility checks in design review, development, and browser testing.
Third-party content
Some future features, such as payment, maps, reviews, chat, or embedded media, may be provided by third parties. We will select and configure those services with accessibility in mind, but cannot control every part of an independently operated service. We welcome reports of barriers in those experiences.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, use our Contact page or email [email protected]. Include the page address, the problem, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance you need.
Ongoing improvement
We review feedback and update the storefront as products, content, standards, and technology change. Material known limitations will be documented here when identified, together with available alternatives where practical.
