Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small values a website can ask a browser to send with later web requests. Local storage is a separate browser feature that keeps data on your device for a website to read. The current AquaCraft preview uses local storage for requested shopping features; it does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.
What this site stores
| Local storage key | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| aquacraft-cart | Keeps products placed in the cart. | Until you clear it or browser site data. |
| aquacraft-auth | Keeps local demo account and session state. | Until you sign out, clear it, or clear browser site data. |
| aquacraft-wishlist | Keeps products saved as favorites. | Until you clear it or browser site data. |
Your choices
You can remove this information through your browser's controls for cookies and site data. Browser menu names vary; look for Privacy, Site Data, Storage, or Clear Browsing Data and select the AquaCraft site.
Clearing local storage removes the saved cart, local demo session, and wishlist from that browser and device. Blocking required browser storage may prevent those features from working as expected.
Analytics and advertising
The current preview does not install non-essential analytics or advertising trackers. Before any such technology is deployed, AquaCraft will identify the provider and purpose, update this notice and the Privacy Policy, and implement consent or opt-out controls where required.
Changes to browser storage
The live storefront may need essential technologies for security, checkout, fraud prevention, load balancing, or account authentication. This page will be updated with the actual technology categories and providers before those services are enabled.
